Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has said that some people do not want any subsidy so the government has decided that people who will apply for this subsidy scheme can only get the benefit.
दिल्ली सरकार ने घोषणा की है की अबसे फ्री बिजली या बिजली की सब्सिडी उन्हीं लोगों को मिलेगी जो सब्सिडी के लिए अप्लाई करेंगे। यह फैसला सरकार ने इसलिए लिया है की कुछ लोग चाहते हैं की वो इतने सक्षम हैं की उन्हें इसकी जरुरत नहीं इस लिए वो इस सब्सिडी को नहीं चाहते।
The government has made two way of applications one is online and other is offline method. If you want to use the online method then there is facility to give missed call on 7011311111 to opt for the subsidy from today.
Your mobile number should be registered with your electricity connection and all you have to do is to just give a missed call on this number.
There are four online ways with which you can apply for subsidy.
- Say “Hi” to 7011311111 via Whatsapp.
- Give a missed call on 7011311111.
- Scan the QR code on the subsidy form attached to the latest BSES bill.
- Click the SMS received on the registered mobile number from BSES.

People who to apply by filling the application form, can get the form from your latest electricity bill. The subsidy form online is being sent by the BSES with the bill and from there you can get it.
Once you get your subsidy form then you have to fill it correctly. After this you have to go to your respective BRPL/ BYPL division office with the subsidy form enclosed with your latest bill.
बिजली के बिल के साथ एक फॉर्म आएगा। यह फॉर्म भरने के बाद आपको बिजली के बिल केंद्र में फॉर्म जमा करना होगा। 31 अक्टूबर को जितने लोग फॉर्म भर देंगे उन सभी को इस योजना का लाभ मिलेगा। अगले महीने में फॉर्म भरने पर पिछले महीने का बिल जमा करवाना होगा।
