The holders of L-13 license will be allowed to deliver liquor at homes.
As per the notification released, the licensee will deliver liquor at the buyers’ residences only if the orders are received through an app or a web portal. The liquor will not be delivered at hostels, offices, and any kind of institution.
The deliveries at residences will be allowed only if the order was placed through a mobile app or an online web website launched by the Delhi government.

According to the notification, not all liquor vendors will be allowed to deliver home delivery. Only holders of L-13 licence will be allowed to deliver wines or liquor at home.
