Fit India Quiz Registration 2022
The Central government is making best efforts towards fit India. The Fit India Mission under Sports Authority of India (SAI), Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports is conducting the quiz competition 2021 for all schools across country.
In order to participate in the Fit India Quiz Contest, the schools will have to register themselves through the link provided on Fit India website. i.e fitindia.gov.in/fit-india-quiz
- Here on the Official Website you will see a link stating “Registrations Open Click Here“. You have click on it.
- Here after clicking you will be redirected to the next page, here fitindia.nta.ac.in/ you will see a link on the sidebar stating “Fill Registration Form”, click on it.
- Now you will have the School Registration Form, now fill the registration form correctly and click on Register in the end.
- Once you are done then login to the website and follow the next steps.
Note: Registration is open to all schools across the country of any Board. Schools are to register themselves and nominate their students. Individual candidates cannot apply directly. So there is no individual student registrations.
Fit India Quiz Competition Syllabus 2022
There is no particular syllabus for the fit India quiz but various phases/rounds will have questions from
multiple themes as given below:
- History of Indian Sports, Traditional Sports and Games, Yoga, Personalities etc.
- Fitness topics with special emphasis on Indian traditional fitness methods.
- Olympics, Commonwealth Games, Asian Games, Khelo India Games, and other popular
sports.
In short, you must have the knowledge of sports related topics.

Fit India Quiz 2022 Eligibility
- For this quiz competition Any School, private/public/Govt under any syllabus, State Board/CBSE or ICSE or any other authority, located in India, can apply.
- All students studying in any class up to Class XII in schools across India, are eligible to participate in the Fit India Quiz 2021.
For this quiz 2021 there is no restriction of age of the candidate for participating in the test. But the questions in the quiz contest are such that those studying in Class VIII and above would be able to answer them easily.
- A school must have to nominate a minimum of 2 candidates. And there is no maximum limit.
- A student cannot directly apply for this quiz competition, only schools can nominate the names.
Fit India quiz questions and answers
Students who are looking for the fit india quiz questions and answers will have to hold on, as there are no sample questions or answers. The department has stated that questions will be asked regarding the sports and fitness. So you should learn and practice those things.
There is no set of questions and released by the department. The Fit India Quiz Contest will be held in the following phases/rounds.
- Registration
- Preliminary Round (NTA Round)
- State Round
- National Round
The duration of Preliminary round will be off 45 minutes. And Each test would consist of 75 Multiple Choice Questions with 4 options.
Note: There will be negative marking for the wrong answers.

To register your school you have to follow the given above steps i.e visit the Official Portal fitindia.nta.ac.in/ you will see a link stating “Fill Registration Form”, click on it.
Then you will have the school registration form, fill it correctly and submit. Your school’s registration is done.
