అప్లికేషన్ Telangana state government has launched TS Gruhalaxmi scheme apply online process for the beneficiaries. The gruhalakshmi scheme application online form and registration can be done from official website which is released by the department so that people can take benefit.
Telangana Govt announced the Gruha lakshmi scheme 2023, under which financial help of Rs.3 lakh will given to those if they have food security card. The beneficiaries who are self-employed and eligible for house construction will only get the benefit.

The Telangana state government has launched the much awaited Gruhalaxmi Scheme Application Online process for the welfare of people in state.
This the new housing scheme will benefit the poor families with 100% subsidy for the financial assistance for the SC, ST, BC, and minorities.
People who are interested to apply for this scheme will have to first visit the gruha lakshami scheme official website. But there is no such website shared by the department. For more details visit tshousing.cgg.gov.in
Applicants have to submit their applications at local Mandal offices, municipality offices, or designated Gruha Lakshmi counters set up in the collectorate offices.

TS Gruhalakhsmi Scheme 2023 Guidelines
- The house shall be named after in the name of women/widower.
- Beneficiary is permitted to adopt is own type design.
- 2 room house with RCC framed structure shall be constructed along with the toilet.
- Gruhalakshmi logo as approved by the government shall be fixed on the house sanctioned under this scheme.
- The Telangana State Housing Cooperative Limited Director will issue necessary operational guidelines for execution of gruhalakshmi scheme time to time.
- Field inspections are scheduled to conclude by August 20, followed by the final selection of beneficiaries by August 25.

Once the applications are submitted to the department the officials will shortlist the candidates according to their eligibility.
After the final inspection of the lands and paper the beneficiaries list will be released on the official website tshousing.cgg.gov.in//verifiedBenList.do
Rs.3 Lakhs financial assistance as 100% subsidy will be extended to the beneficiary. Payments will be shared in three different stages.
- 1 Lakh for Basement Level.
- 1 lakh for roof laid stage &
- Final 1 lakh for completion stage.

Eligibility Criteria
- Applicant must be resident of Telangana.
- Candidate must have valid food security card.
- Applicant must not own a house, as the housing units will be sanctioned in the name of a woman or widower from the family.
- Individuals who have their own piece of land also eligible for the benefit.
