Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik launched the Biju Swasthya Kalyan Yojana (BSKY) Nabin card for the families who are left out from the first two phases of this health insurance scheme. Health and Family Welfare Department will start their registration from 6th January 2024.

The Odisha CM Naveen Patnaik has launched the nabin card scheme for the families who are left without any insurance. Under this scheme, each family will be provided with a health card and treatment up to Rs.5 lakhs.
All rural families (except regular government employers, income tax payers and government pensioners) presently not enrolled under BSKY are eligible under,” BSKY NABIN CARD”.

How to apply BSKY Card Online?

Eligibility Criteria
- Applicant must be resident of Odisha.
- No family members must the income tax payers for financial year 2022-23.
- No family member should be permanent government employee or government pensioner.

The online registration portal for naveen card will open from 6th January to 16th January 2024 on www.bskynabin.odisha.gov.in. All the applications must be submitted online under these dates.
BSKY Nabin card holders will get cashless coverage at emplaned hospitals from 1st May 2024. A total of Rs.5 lakh per annum per family and additional Rs.5 lakhs for women family members.
