Under mo ghara yojana Odisha, economically and socially weaker households will get financial help from the CM Navin Patnaik’s scheme to renovate to upgrade their houses.

Key point of this scheme is that, a beneficiary can avail housing loan up to Rs. 3 lakh which can be repaid in 10 years excluding one year moratorium period in easy installments. They can opt for one of the four slabs of loan amount – Rs. 1 lakh, Rs. 1.5 lakh, Rs. 2 lakh and Rs. 3 lakh.

At first you have to visit the Official Website of mo ghara Odisha i.e rhodisha.gov.in/moghara, here on the homepage, you will see an option asking for aadhar number.

Here enter you Aadhar card number and click on the submit button. Now you will be redirected you a new page.

Now you can proceed for the further online application process. Here you have to enter your personal details like your name, address, date of birth, mobile number, bank account number, pan card, caste category, etc.

Once you fill all these information then proceed and your application will be submitted in the online portal.

You can also take the services of Mo-Seva Kendra may be utilized by the applicant for filling of the application and for tracking the status of loan application.

After the final receipt of the application form, concerned BDO will verify the eligibility of the applicant.

Mo ghara yojana eligibility criteria details

• The family which is staying in kutcha (thatched) house or one pucca room with concrete roof would be eligible for the loan.
• Those having monthly income below ₹25,000 and who have availed housing assistance of ₹70,000 or below in the past would be considered for loan under ‘Mo Ghara’ scheme.
• The applicant must not have previously received any type of government housing help for any scheme.
• The family does not possess a non-commercial motorized Four-Wheeler for personal use.
• There should not be any government employee in the family.

Note: State government would pay highest ₹60,000 to ₹70,000 subsidy for ₹3 lakh loan slab given to the beneficiaries.
