GHMC Elections 2020 Results
The Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation is having elections right now and elections are being held for a total of 150 seats.
Voting was held on 1st December 2020 i.e election date and results are out on 4th December.
The parties that are taking part are KCR and Congress, BJP, AIMIM, and others. The Greater Hyderabad municipal corporation is one of the largest municipal corporations in the whole of India.
KCR and Congress have chosen Muslim candidates for many seats in the old Hyderabad area.
And the BJP had removed all the Hindu candidates ( Maximum) and given tickets to the Muslim candidates.
Currently, KCR is ruling the ghmc, and now wait is over newly formed government result is out to check online.

GHMC Elections 2020 Overview
As per the latest records, low voting was done on election day. The total voting percentage was approx 35% which is very low as compared to the previous elections.
Covid-19 may be a factor as we all know the virus is spreading day by day and cases are increasing. During the voting ballot papers were used in all 150 wards of the Hyderabad municipal corporation.
There are 74.44 lakh voters and a total of 35% of them showed for voting.
