Interested candidates can apply online or do the registration process very soon to get the benefits of this scheme. With the help of this scheme unemployed people or youth in Punjab can enhance their skills in their desired field i.e the department in which they have skills.
The skill training will be given free of cost by the government to the youth which also include Rs. 2500 per month for 12 months. This is a big opportunity for the unemployed youth.

Mera Kaam Mera Maan(MKMM) Scheme 2024
Punjab Cabinet approved a new scheme which will help the unemployed youth in the state to increase their skills and this will result in increasing their chances of getting a job.
All the youngsters will be given a short-term skill training free of cost so that many applicants join this initiative.
The Punjab state government is planning to provide benefits of to approx. 30,000 beneficiaries. This skill training will cost a total of 90 crores to the government.
Under this scheme, an employment assistance allowance of ₹ 2,500 per month will be given for the period of 12 months to the beneficiary.
After finishing successful training allowance will be given till pre-placement and post placement period.

Captain Mera kaam mera maan scheme apply online| application form
Chief Minister Captain Amarinder Singh gave the go-ahead to an innovative new scheme – ‘Mera Kaam Mera Maan’ (MKMM), to facilitate the unemployed youth in honing their skills and enhancing their employability in their chosen field through free short-term skill training.
People who are interested to apply for this scheme will have to wait a little. As we all know this scheme is recently launched and till now there is not much information available
- To register yourself you have to visit the Official website i.e psdm.gov.in.
- Here on the homepage below, you will see a link stating “Register for Sill Training“, then you have to click on it.
- Now you will be redirected to a new page here you will see “Apply for Skill Training” application form page.
- Fill the asked details correctly like your name, email id, father’s name, date of birth, aadhar number, mobile number, caste, religion, address, preference to skills.
- And then at last submit the registration form.
Till now proper details are not shared by the Punjab Skill Development Mission department.

How to get the benefit from the MKMM scheme 2024?
Under the Mera Kaam Mera Maan scheme, the eligible construction workers/ward of construction workers registered with the Construction Workers Welfare Board, Department of Labour, should contact the District Bureau of Employment and Enterprise of the concerned district to apply for the benefit.
