Now transgender certification online is very easy to get.
This National Portal for Transgenders aims to provide id cards to the transgenders and this can be achieved when they apply online or do the online registration on the portal.
National Portal for Transgender Persons 2020-21
The Union Minister for Social Justice & Empowerment Shri Thaawarchand Gehlot e-launched the ‘National Portal for Transgender Persons’ on 25th Nov 2020. The Indian government has taken this step for the welfare to transgenders.
This portal will allow transgenders to apply online for a certificate and ID card digitally i.e by the online portal. The applicants can get their i-Cards without any visit to any office.
Once they do the registration or apply for their I-Card, then they can also monitor their application status online. There is no need to visit any office this is the best benefit of this scheme’s initiative.
After applying once the certificate or i-card is issued you can download it in pdf, from the online portal. And if there is any error or delay in status people can file the grievance form, by this there problem will be solved by the supervising team.

The certificate issuing authorities are also given timelines to process the applications and issue certificates and identity cards without any necessary delays.
The government thought that this portal will help a lot of people from the trans community to come forward and get their Transgender Certificate and Identity Cards.
After the launch of the portal, the district officials will be trained to handle the applications received on the portal and issue certificates and id cards.

Transgender ID Card Apply Online 2020
All the interested applicants who want to apply for the id Card online have to first visit the official website i.e transgender.dosje.gov.in/.
On this official portal, you have to visit the Registration Here, here you have to enter the details, and do your registration as shown below.
When you will register on this portal you have to note down your login details. This will later allow you to check your application status.
Now enter the correct details on the registration page.
After the successful registration you have to login and in your dashboard you can apply for your desired things.

To apply for your certificate you have to visit the official national portal of transgender persons and then you have to look for the online registration section.
Here you have to click on the new registration and enter your name etc, asked details, and then enter in the dashboard.
Here choose the certificate option and enter details. Then in the last note down your log-in details and later you can check the application status by logging in.
