Under the YSR Sunna Vaddi Panta Runalu Scheme, the AP government will provide interest-free crop loans. AP CM has fulfilled the promise by releasing Rs. 510 crore interest subsidy on crop loans. This will reduce the financial burden of small and marginal farmers by providing crop loans under the Sunna Vaddi zero-interest loan subsidy scheme.

Andhra Pradesh CM YSR Jagan Mohan Reddy has launched an Interest-free crop loan scheme known as Sunna Vaddi. By this scheme lakhs of farmers will get benefits and loans will be waived off.
AP government has released Rs. 510.30 crore-interest subsidy on the crop loans under the YSR Sunna Vaddi scheme 2020-21. The amount will be credited into the account of 14.5 lakh farmers, who took loans during Kharif 2019 and repaid the same.
Also, an input subsidy of Rs. 132 crore for the crop losses during October due to heavy rain, crops are destroyed will also be credited to the accounts of the farmers who suffered losses.

The government is tracking the repayment of the crop loans taken by the farmers by using e-crop data and the farmers are being encouraged to repay in time to avail the interest-free loans scheme.

Note: All farmers, who availed crop loans up to Rs. 1 lakh from Kharif 2019 onwards and repaid within the given amount of time that is a maximum period of one year from the date of disbursement of crop loan will be eligible to get the interest-free crop loans.
This scheme will reduce the financial burden of loans from small and marginal farmers. This scheme will also benefit the farmers who repay the loan timely.
AP YSR Sunna Vaddi Scheme Payment Status
The YSR government has decided that loan disbursement to eligible farmers will be done through all the bank branches. The beneficiary loan waved amount will be directly transferred to the bank accounts of the beneficiaries.
The YSR Sunna Vaddi Panta Runalu Scheme 2020 aims to provide zero interest on loans. And people who repaid the loans on time will get their interest back in their bank accounts.
YSR Sunna Vadi Panta Runalu (Zero Interest) Scheme Status Check
Under YSR Sunna Vadi Pathakam, there is no need to check the payment status of beneficiaries. The YSR government has released the payment installment into the bank account of eligible holders.
The payment will be transferred directly into the bank accounts of the farmers. Those who already paid the Kharif 2019 loan will also get the loan repayment in bank accounts.
The sunna vaddi payment status check online process is not available for the farmers. As the government is transferring the money into the bank accounts of the beneficiaries.
