Haryana roadways happy card scheme will provide free bus pass rides up to 1000km in Haryana roadways buses for antyodaya families. Haryana CM Manohar Lal Khattar has launched antyodaya welfare scheme in which families from the antyodaya category can travel free in roadways buses up to 1000 km for 1 year. This scheme will cost approx. Rs.600 crores for the initial first year.
All the beneficiaries would be issued smart cards linked to the e-ticketing system to enable free travel across haryana roadways buses. Beneficiaries will pay a one-time cost of Rs.50 to get cards and the balance cost of about Rs.109 and its annual maintenance charges will be taken care by government.

Now people who are interested and want to register themselves for the happy haryana yojana apply online process will have to visit the official portal which is www.ebooking.hrtransport.gov.in/#/ppp/apply/happy.
Here on the homepage of happy yojana portal, you have to enter your PPP Family ID and captcha. After this click on send OTP and enter your received opt and proceed.
After that you have to enter the details asked in the online application form correctly like your name, address, mobile number, antyodaya card number, aadhar number etc.
Now you have to pay a nominal fees for the happy card and after the submission of the form you can download the card and take the print out.
