Kerala smart kitchen scheme: Kerala state government has launched a smart kitchen loan scheme for women in the state. This scheme aims to provide loans to refurbish their kitchens at low-interest rates in the proper installments.
Kerala CM Pinarayi Vijayan has announced that this scheme will be made available for the people by 10th July 2021. The final guidelines are being created and soon women can take benefit of this smart kitchen loan scheme 2021.

Chief Minister of Kerala Pinarayi Vijayan party i.e Left Democratic Front (LDF) has promised in their election manifesto that they will provide loans for the women who are in need to renovate their kitchens. So now CM has announced that the final guidelines of this scheme will be finished on 10th July 2021.
Women from every corner of the state can apply for a smart kitchen loan. The ruling government has promised in its manifesto to ease the domestic workload of the women in the state.

Smart Kitchen aims to modernise kitchens through mechanization and induction of modern-day equipment to lighten the kitchen work of Kerala women.

As per the initial plans, the KSFE loans for the Smart Kitchen programme will be available to people all over life. The instalments will be repayable within a year to five years. There is also a plan to reduce the interest rates on those who enroll in the Smart Kitchen loan scheme.
The loan interest portion will be divided into three parts, one-third will be paid by the State government, one-third by the local self-government body, and one-third by the consumer.
