Covid Mitra Yojana: Madhya Pradesh’s government has launched a new Kill Corona campaign. Under this mission, the COVID Mitra scheme will take place, volunteers across the state can take part as MP COVID Mitra Scheme.
Kill Corona is a door to door campaign is launched by MP CM Shivraj Singh Chauhan. As we all know coronavirus lockdown has effected the whole world and many people are suffering in the pandemic. To overcome this situation KILL CORONA CAMPAGIAN is started by Madhya Pradesh state government.

Under this Kill Corona Mission, every family in the state will be covered on a door-to-door basis check-up. Approximately 14,000 frontline health workers, divided into 10,000 teams will move around the state looking for information on health status, providing treatment counseling, and also conducting corona awareness.
The main objective of this scheme is to track down each and every COVID-19 case with a view to stopping the disease from spreading one another.
Madhya Pradesh health department will do this door to door campaign. This will require a huge effort from the health workers. So to overcome this situation they have given a new idea of launching volunteers as ‘Covid Mitra’ to help the government in containing the spread of coronavirus in the state.

Eligibility for COVID Mirta Volunteers
The eligibility criteria for covid mitra in MP is very basic.
- Any healthy person up to 45 years of age.
- You can be a social/voluntary organisation in an urban area, so easily you can be a Covid Mitra.

COVID Mitra Voutnteer’s Work
COVID Mitra will be given an oximeter to check the oxygen levels of people in urban areas. They have to go to the door to campaign and do the oxygen test of people.
MP Covid Mitra Registration Process of Volunteer
Till now there is no such official statement made by the officials that how people can do the online registration process. There is no such information on how you can do the covid mitra apply online process on any website. The covid mitra online application form requirement is not cleared yet.
This need is proposed by the health officials so soon may be department will launch a web portal from where you can do the registration process.
