ISRO Young Scientist Program Registration 2022
The ISRO young scientist program is organised to create awareness among the youngsters regarding the upcoming emerging trends in science and technology.
Under this ISRO Young Scientist Program 2022, department will select 150 students across the country, and students who are studying in Class 11 as on March 1, 2022 will be shortlisted. The school must be located in India, non residents of India cannot apply for this program.

Here on the homepage, you have to scroll down and you will see a link stating,” E-mail Registration for YUVIKA- 2022.” You have to click on it.
Now you will be redirected to a new registration form page, here you have to enter your details like your name and email id.
Then you have to click on the generate OTP and you will get an OTP in your email id. Once you receive it, then enter and click on registration link.
Now you will have the registration form, fill the details correctly and you will get your registration or application id number in the end.
The ISRO department will shortlist and will mail for further details.
ISRO Yuvika Eligibility 2022
Under this program a total of 150 students will be shortlisted and the eligibility criteria is given below. The selection process will be based on given points.
- Marks obtained in class 8th.
- Students participation in any science fair (school / district / state & above level organised by school / district / state / Central government authority) in last three years.
- Prize in Olympiad / Science competitions and equivalent (1 to 3 rank in last 3 years at school / district / state & above level) in last three years.
- Winner of any sports competition of Rank1,2,3 in last three years.
- Applicant must be member of Scout and guides / NCC / NSS within last three years.
- Performance in online quiz.
- A special importance will be given to students studying in school located in panchayat area.
ISRO Yuvika Registration 2022
The YUVIKA – 2022 residential programme will be of two weeks duration during summer holidays (May 16-28, 2022).
The schedule will include talks, experience sharing by the eminent scientists of ISRO. The proper experimental demonstration, facility and lab visits, exclusive sessions for discussions with experts, practical and feedback sessions.
The yuvika registration will be done in four steps:
- E-mail Registration for YUVIKA- 2022.
- Then you have to Read the quiz instructions. Appear in the online quiz within 48 hours of e-mail registration for YUVIKA – 2022.
- Once it is done, Login to YUVIKA portal minimum after 60 minutes from quiz submission & fill all the information correctly. After that submit the online application form and download the submitted form.
- Finally Upload the signed copy and all the required certificates before last date of registration.

On this registration form, you have to fill the correct details, once you filled and applied for the yuvika program then editing cannot be done.

This program will be organised in five centres of ISRO.
- Vikram Sarabhai Space Centre (VSSC), Thiruvananthapuram,
- U. R. Rao Satellite Centre (URSC), Bengaluru,
- Space Application Centre (SAC), Ahmedabad,
- National Remote Sensing Centre (NRSC), Hyderabad
- North-East Space Application Centre (NE-SAC), Shillong.
At the end of the project, students will be taken to visit of Satish Dhawan Space Centre, Sriharikota. The expenditure towards the travel will be given by ISRO.
