सरल भाषा में बात करें की अग्निपथ योजना क्या है तो वो यह है कि सरकार बहुत जल्द ये निति लाने वाली है की जो भी आर्मी की भर्ती होगी उसमें चुने हुए अभ्यार्थियों को 3 साल के लिए आर्मी में भर्ती किया जायेगा और उन्हें अग्निवीर कहा जायेगा।
फिर 3 साल बाद उनकी काबलियत के हिसाब से उनमें से कुछ को सेना में भर्ती किया जायेगा और कुछ को प्राइवेट कम्पनीज जो भी इच्छुक हों उनके पास नौकरी के लिए भेजा जायेगा।
अग्निपथ एंट्री स्कीम को कथित तौर पर भारतीय सेना के ‘टूर ऑफ ड्यूटी’ प्रस्ताव का नया नाम है। अग्निवीर जब अपना तीन साल का कार्यकाल पूर्ण कर लेंगे तो इसके बाद इन अग्निवीरों को निजी क्षेत्र में सिविल नौकरियां दी जाएंगी।

Agneepath Entry Scheme
The agneepath entry scheme for army recruitment is the new scheme which will be implemented very soon after the final discussions of this scheme.
Once the final document is ready then the central government will launch this initiative and from then people who will join army will have to join as an agniveer for 3 years.

Agneepath Yojana Eligibility
The eligibility criteria is very simple you have to qualify as the normal norms as to qualify run and physical efficiency test and then you are qualified.
After that you will be given training and 3 years service will be taken by the defence. After the completion of three years basis on your performance you will be continued in army or will be transferred to the civil sector.

The age limit and final details are as previous as regular army bharti had. The main motto of this agnipath yojana to recruit candidates for 3 years and then army will decide whether they will continue in army or will be shifted to the private civil sectors.
