Assam state government has launched amrit brikshya andolan registration or some call it amrit brikha andolan assam, online registration process has started on aba.assam.gov.in login. Saplings plantation will be done during this event in all over the state and pictures will be uploaded once it is done.
The amrit brikshya andolan process is one of its kind and approx. 1 crore commercially-viable saplings across the state through citizen participation will be planted. All seedlings will be provided free of charge under amrit vrikshya.

Assam CM Dr. Himanta Biswa Sarma announced that 1crore seedlings to be planted on 17th September, 2023 from 9 AM To 11 AM across the state. As per the Chief Minister this plantation drive will provide a major boost to the state’s green economy.
Now people who want to take part will have to register themselves on the portal or app. Registrations to be done on Web Portal/ Mobile App.
At first you have to visit the official website link i.e aba.assam.gov.in, here on the homepage you will find the option stating registration.
You have to click on the Registration and then you will find many other options like
- Self Help Group
- ASHA (Health)
- Educational Institutes
- Village Defence Party
- Anganwadi
- Tea Garden
- Others (Institutional)
- Others (Individual)
Out of the given items you can choose from which category you want to apply and do the registration. If you are individual then choose that and registration form page will open.
Once you reach on the registration page, here you have to enter the required details correctly like your name, location, father’s/mother’s name, age, address and many more things as asked in the amrit brikshya andolan registration form page.
Finally submit the form and you are now registered to get the benefit of this scheme, also you can check the status.
Note: Financial grant of Rupees 100 will be given as Direct Beneficiary Transfer after planting the seedling and uploading the image onto the portal.

The large-scale plantation event will take place on 17th September and lakhs of people are estimated to join. The process is very simple, all you have to do is to just register yourself on aba.assam.gov.in and take the free seedlings which will be given to you once you register and you have to collect them.

For planting seedling and uploading the image of the seedling planted along with geo-location and timestamp, the participants will get a financial grant of Rupees one hundred . Upon survival of the plant after three years, they will receive another grant of Rupees 200.

The seedling distribution will start from the district/block levels and participants can collect these from there allotted centers.
