The online application forms for admission 2021 are now filled on the official portal i.e edudel.nic.in.
As we all know, Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal and Delhi Education Minister Manish Sisodia have uplifted the standard of education and now all the parents want to put their kids in government schools. Now this year they have also changed the syllabus of the students and their aim is to make education more informative.

Delhi govt school admission form 2021-22
People who are living in Delhi and are interested to put their students in Delhi government schools have a great time, as the Delhi education department is taking online admissions for classes 6th to 9th.
The admission process will be held online and will be carried in two different phases. The first phase or cycle will start on 11th June 2021 to 30th June 2021.
After this, an allotment list will be uploaded to the official portal on 14th July 2021. Students who are selected on the list can submit their documents for verification from 19th July to 30th July. And those who are not on the list can apply for the second phase i.e from 23rd July 2021.

Admission will be granted to those children who have passed the previous class from a recognized/unrecognized school or those who are out of school

Under this admission will be confirmed only after submission and verification of documents. Thereafter if you request for a change of school allotted then this will not be changed once school is allocated.

Age Criteria for classes 6th, 7th, 8th & 9th
|6th||completed the age of 10 yrs but less than 12|
|7th||completed the age of 11 yrs but less than 13|
|8th||completed the age of 12 yrs but less than 14|
|9th||completed the age of 13 yrs but less than 15|
Note: Age relaxation of six months is minimum, as well as the maximum. And for physically different-abled students the upper age is relaxed by four years.
Delhi govt school admission 2021 Online Registration
People who are interested can apply online, all you have to do is to follow the given steps.
- At first, you have to visit the official Website i.e www.edudel.nic.in, then on the homepage, you will see a link stating Govt. School Admissions, click on it.
- Now you will be redirected to a new page i.e Government School Admission for the Session 2021-2022, here you will see the links of all classes i.e Admissions in Classes VI to IX.
- Here click on the online registration form and fill in the details asked correctly.
All the applicants will have to select the assembly constituency of the nearest school from their homes in the drop-down menu. And parents need to note down the registration number generated.
This registration number will also be forwarded to applicants through SMS at the registered mobile number.
Applicants can also take a printout of the form for future reference. If a seat is not available at the nearby school, then a school outside of the cluster will be allotted.
