- He must have the PSV Batch, the date of issue should be before 23 March 2020.
- Driving licenses of the drivers that are expired before 1st Feb 2020 are also eligible to get Rs. 5000 payment.

Instruction for PSV Badge holders with valid Driving License of Para Transit Public Service Vehicles:
- The government will provide one-time Financial Assistance of Rs. 5000/- to the holder of PSV Badge with valid Driving License of Para Transit Public Service Vehicles.
- The Payment of Rs. 5000 will be transferred in the Aadhaar – linked Bank account number of the applicants.
- To get the benefit of the Delhi Driver Scheme, an Online application form is to be filled by the individual holder of PSV badge & valid DL of Para Transit Public Service Vehicles, through the online website.
- There is no need for the bank account number, money will be transferred in your aadhaar linked mobile number.
Note: An undertaking is to be submitted by the applicant that above information is correct and if any information is found wrong/false at any later stage then F.I.R. will be registered against him under provision of IPC and necessary action will be taken accordingly.
