The co win app release date is not yet disclosed by the department as this app is under process, but it is expected that very soon this app will be launched for public use.

The Co WIN app consists of five modules, which are

• Registration Module,
• Vaccination Module,
• Beneficiary Acknowledgement Module
• And Report Module.

People who are not frontline or healthcare workers can do the registration for getting the vaccine by the Registration Module.

Photo ID proofs will be required while doing registration.

• The administrator module department can trace the information provided by the users on the co win app portal.
• The Vaccination Module on the app will verify details of the beneficiaries and update their vaccination status on the app.
• The Beneficiary Acknowledgement Module will then send an SMS to beneficiaries after the registration on the app and will also generate QR-based certificates for the people on their mobiles.
• The Report Module will prepare reports of how many vaccination sessions are done, how many people have attended the sessions and how many are absent.
